These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lingosheets.store and the purchase of digital products offered by LingoSheets ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Description

LingoSheets offers digital language learning materials in PDF format ("Products"). These include learning sheets, worksheets, and supplementary materials designed to help you learn and practice foreign languages. All Products are delivered electronically —” there are no physical goods shipped.

3. Free Tier

We offer a free tier that includes access to up to 5 lessons at no charge. No payment information is required to access the free tier. Free tier access requires account creation via Netlify Identity. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

To access our Products (including the free tier), you must create an account using Netlify Identity. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Prices

All prices are displayed on the website and are inclusive of applicable VAT (where required). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout (typically major credit and debit cards). By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service Refund Policy Legal Notice .

5.3 Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with access to your purchased Products. The purchase contract is concluded when you receive this confirmation.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

All Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased PDF files through your LingoSheets account. No physical shipping is involved. You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchased files.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

7.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days by contacting us at admin@lingosheets.store.

7.2 EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, please note that for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, our 14-day money-back guarantee (Section 7.1) remains in effect, providing you with a full refund option within the guarantee period.

7.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed through Stripe and will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Upon refund, your access to the purchased Products will be revoked.

8. License & Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for your own private, non-commercial language learning purposes. This includes the right to:

• Download the PDF files to your personal devices
• Print copies for your personal use
• Use the materials for self-study or personal tutoring sessions

8.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Products with third parties
• Upload the Products to file-sharing platforms or public websites
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Products for commercial purposes
• Use the Products in a classroom or institutional setting without a separate license agreement
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding from the Products

8.3 Copyright

All Products, content, designs, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of LingoSheets and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
• These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence under German law).

11. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Product or feature at any time. Such changes will not affect Products you have already purchased and downloaded.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the website and Products will be revoked
• The license granted under Section 8.1 will terminate
• You must delete all copies of Products in your possession
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 8, 10, 13, and 14)

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that achieves the economic purpose of the invalid provision as closely as possible.
